Nichino Europe Co., Ltd., (Cambridge, UK) an overseas subsidiary of Nihon Nohyaku Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic agreement under which Nichino Europe acquires all intellectual property rights for TEMAP® in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

The agreement builds on a longstanding collaboration between the two companies and establishes a framework for continued cooperation in bringing this innovative fungicide to growers across the region.

 

NICHINO Group is promoting the utilization of bioresources to create new sources of revenue, and this acquisition forms a part of the initiative by further expanding our product portfolio and strengthening the competitiveness of our crop protection business.
