We have enacted "Principle Idea for Environment, Safety and Health Care" and its "Code of Conduct" in January 1993, and we are committed to producing environmentally sound products and operating our business with minimum impact to the environment.

NIHON NOHYAKU enacts the "principle idea for environment, safety and healthcare" for business enforcement as follows in order to preserve the environment, to secure safety and health and to accomplish our corporate mission.

• Develop technology to protect the environment, human safety, and health.
• Carry our business activities to protect the environment, human safety, and health.
• Raise consciousness about protecting the environment, human safety, and health.

We joined the Japan Responsible Care Committee (JRCC) in September 1999, and are pursuing the further progress of environmental protection measures. Additionally, we are expanding approvals of ISO-9001(Quality Management System) since the first approval of Kashima Plant(Sep. 1997) and ISO-14001(Environment Management System) since the first approval of Fukushima Plant(Aug. 2002) , and under Nichino Service co.,Ltd. Production & Logistics Department 4 manufacturing plants received the certificates in August 2011.
Environmental issues and ensuring our food supply are the most important subjects for mankind in the 21st Century. We would like to accomplish our social mission to materialize a truly abundant "Century for the Environment" as an integrated agrochemical manufacturer.
