Philosophy Structure

We reconfigured our philosophy structure and further clarified our intention to pursue improved CSR management by establishing the CSR Basic Policy and positioning it as the backdrop for our existing management philosophy, action charter, and corporate vision.

The Nihon Nohyaku Group’s CSR Basic Policy, Basic Human Rights Policy, and Basic Procurement Policy

Following the establishment of the CSR Basic Policy, we developed other policies as the basis for CSR activities at the Nihon Nohyaku Group. We also embarked on discussions with overseas subsidiaries regarding establishment of their own policies reflecting the actual circumstances at overseas sites.
